Want to feel fast swimming - try a speed-assist

If you want to feel what it is like to go fast - REALLY FAST - try some speed assisted swimming. Some people use flippers for this, but another great way is to use surgical tubing or "stretch cords" - imagine being pulled through the water by a giant rubber band. Wooosh! Glenn Mills of GoSwim shows how speed assisted swimming with stretch cords works, and tells you why it is a good addition to some swimmer's training.
