Australian Susie Maroney swam a record 197 km (122 miles) from Mexico to Cuba, covering the longest distance ever swum without flippers in open sea. She completed the marathon swim in 38 hours and 33 minutes, arriving in Cuba on June 1, 1998. (Guiness World Records / Wikipedia)

Congrats for the great swim. I’d love to know what the diet was as I also swim longis distances and with no flippers.
