Does your kick need fixing?

When you maintain a long, straight bodyline in the water, a compact and gentle kick will be all you need. In no circumstances should you attempt to kick harder when you feel yourself going nowhere or when you want to swim faster. All that will do is create more bubbles and get you tired quicker.
