Thursday June 2, 2005

I disagree. ANY cardio workout WILL burn fat and help you lose weight. Swimming is a great way to do it!

That’s not true, i’ve been swimming every day for weeks now and i am definetely seeing results in my size. Swimming along with a healthy diet is key!

Swimming laps has proven to be the most effective fat-burnbing exercise I have ever done. I began swimmning 5 days a week, am up to a mile per swim under an hour. I have lost close to 60 pounds, and 10 inches off my waist, alone. I eat a modest calorie diet, granted, and this has been a key. I also bike, and do a cardio-strength class 3 days per week. At 45 I an in the best shape of my life!
