Just got my pair in the mail, will be putting them through some swim tests over the next few weeks. They came with a great DVD explaining how the Techpaddles work and how to incorporate the paddles into a workout routine.

I used these great training paddles all summer and definitely recommend them. My improvement in stroke efficiency and understanding of the catch was dramatic. A great tool for swimming improvement.
