Phelps, Jones Both Win Two, Hansen, Hoff Take Home Athlete of the Year Honors at The Third-Annual USA Swimming Golden Goggle Awards

It was a night when new stars shared the stage with old ones, as world record-holder Cullen Jones and Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps brought home two awards apiece at USA Swimming's third-annual Golden Goggle Awards.
