Results are on-line (from USA Swimming or Swimming Australia) for the 2007 Duel in the Pool from Sydney. One known highlight - Libby Lenton led off a mixed gender relay with a potential record breaking 52.99 100m freestyle.
Why Potential? Because in the lane next to her was Michael Phelps, and if he is determined to have served the role of a "Pace-setter" then the record will not be ratified by FINA. Pace setter? He went a 48. - pretty far ahead for a pace setter, although he could have been next to the lane line and given her a draft, I doubt that occurred. The event will air in the USA on NBC Saturday, April 21 from 2-3 p.m. (EST), and Sunday, April 22 from 4-6 p.m. (EST).
