USA Swimming's Best Swimmers Getting Ready for 2007 Summer Swimming National Championships

As the Olympic year approaches, the 2007 ConocoPhillips USA Swimming National Championships in Indianapolis, Ind., July 31-Aug 4, will be the final long course Nationals before the 2008 Olympic Swimming Team Trials. With more than 30 National Teamers looking to stake their claim as the fastest swimmers in their events, the week is sure to fly by with eye-popping performances. While Club Wolverine’s Michael Phelps is normally the leader of the pack, expect the 32-time national champion to churn water in some different events, such as the 200m breast and both backstroke events.
