SwimNews.com is reporting that Milorad Cavic of Serbia (and a member of Gary Hall Jr.'s Race Club) won the 50-meter butterfly gold medal at the 2008 European Championships with a European Record Time of 23.11. He wore a t-shirt on the award stands that said "Kosovo is Serbia" and that broke a European Swim Federation rule.
