Stepping up to the blocks again 25 years after winning Olympic swimming gold three times, Rowdy Gaines will arrive in Ft. Lauderdale on April 17 to compete in his signature events at the 2009 YMCA Masters National Swim Meet being held in the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Complex.
