After winning five medals, including four gold, at the 2009 FINA World Championships, two-time Olympian Ryan Lochte was named USA Swimming's 2009 Athlete of the Year at the U.S Aquatic Sports Banquet on Saturday. World Championship teammate Michael Phelps took the 2009 ConocoPhillips Performance of the Year Award for his dramatic win in the 100m butterfly at World Championships.
