USA Swimming Banned for Life list will, undoubtedly and unfortunately, be updated over time. From USA Swimming:
The following is a list of individuals who have received a lifetime ban from USA Swimming or who have permanently resigned their membership. The fact that an individual's name does not appear on this list does not necessarily mean that he or she is eligible for membership in USA Swimming.
