Swimming Out of Water - Book Review

The book Swimming Out of Water - How an Olympian's Struggle Inspired Breakthrough Discoveries in Health and Well-Being was not the kind of book I like. Maybe I am too shallow? It is not a bad book =- not meant as feint praise - it was just not a book I enjoyed reading. It relates the spiritual and real life journey of Olympic Bronze medal synchronized swimmer Catherine Garceau; her struggles, and how they lead to her personal discoveries in health and well-being.
