This swimming workout is three rounds, with a little bit of extra fast swimming at the end of each round. Just a little bit more! Here's the first round of the swim workout:
3 x 200 on 30-seconds rest at a Steady and strong effort.
2 x 100 on 30-seconds rest, the second 100 faster than the first 100.
1 x 50 on 30-seconds rest, as fast as you can - find a little bit more!
