Sprint 25, 50, and 75 Workout for Swimmers

This swim workout can be modified to suit your needs. You could add more rest between swims, or you could decrease the rest between them. The goal of this sprint swim workout is to do four chunks of very fast swimming (some 25s, 50s, and 75s) with an easy recovery swim between each chunk.
