12th FINA World Championships (2007) Will Have Evening Finals

The competition programme of the 12th FINA World Championships, to be held in Melbourne (AUS) from March 17-April 1, 2007 has been released. In the spectacular scenario of the “Rod Laver Arena” (up to 15,000 seat capacity), temporary swimming pools installed by “AstralPool” will welcome the competitions of swimming and synchronised swimming. The swimming programme runs from March 25 to April 1, with heats being held in the morning and finals in the evening. The synchronised swimmers will compete from March 17-24, also with preliminaries in the morning and finals in the afternoon/evening.
