What do you think about stretching? Swimmers should...

stretch reqularly, as parts of workouts and meet warm-up, and cool-downs.
stretch a few times each week, but not every day - that often is too often.
stretch to help prevent injuries and/or to increase their speed.
stretch when they feel like it, maybe once a week, maybe more, maybe less.
not worry about stretching; just get in there and swim!
not stretch unless they are well trained; poor stretching habits will result in more injuries.
