Somax is the only camp that tapes, measures and teaches this critical timing. This is why Somax graduates swim faster, with fewer strokes, after their camps.

Somax offers their five-day camps for swimmers aged 7-adult at convenient locations on the east and west coasts in April, June, July and December. Details can be found on the Somax websiteor by calling Somax at 1-800-227-6629.

In order to qualify for this guarantee, graduates must practice their Somax 2500 yard drill set at least three times a week for a minimum of six months, videotape their practices below and above water and send the tapes to Somax, and correct any mistakes Somax identifies in their stroke mechanics. If they are not swimming faster within one year after their camp and are still competing in swimming, their entire camp fee will be refunded.

Aadvanced Somax Swim Camps guarantees graduates will swim faster or money back. Somax has been improving sports performance by improving mechanical efficiency since 1970. Clients include Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Matt Biondi, Amy Van Dyken, Jenny Thompson, Mark Allen, Nick Faldo, Se Ri Pak and David Frost. Runners usually cut a minute per mile off their running pace, golfers have gone from #113 to #1 on tour in putting average and have added more than 100 yards to their longest drive, and swimmers have won 43 Gold Medals and set 11 World Records.
