Jim is also a frequent speaker for the US Swim School Association, World Aquatic Babies and Children's Network, SwimAmerica, and the American Swim Coaches Association, in which he is also a Lifetime Member.

David Morris, American Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructor (WSI) with over 5 years of teaching people how to swim; he also helps with swim team practice.

Jeffrey Krieger is a youth, teen and adult counselor with expertise in stress and phobia management, and has extensive experience in water safety, lifeguard and water safety instruction, and in other aquatic areas.
