College Swimming and Diving Championships for 2006

The fastest swimmers from NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA schools

The 2006 NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) men's and NCAA women's swimming and diving championship swim meets are as much a part of March madness as the NCAA basketball tournament. And there are NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) and NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association) meets, too.

MEN'S COLLEGIATE SWIMMING AND DIVING CHAMPIONSHIPS

  • NCAA Division I - Georgia Tech hosts the men's DI (Division I) championship swim meet 23-25 March.
  • NCAA Division II - The Indiana University Natatorium at IUPUI will be the site for the DII (Division II) men's and women's swimming championships from 8-11 March, hosted by the University of Indianapolis.
  • NCAA Division III - Carleton College will host the men's DIII (Division III) swimming and diving championships for 2006 at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center 16-18 March.
  • NAIA - The 2006 men's and women's NAIA swimming and diving national championships are 1-4 March at the St. Peters Rec-Plex in St. Peters, Missouri.
  • NJCAA - The NJCAA men's and women's swimming and diving championships are 1-4 March at Palo Alto College in San Antonio, Texas.

WOMEN'S COLLEGIATE SWIMMING AND DIVING CHAMPIONSHIPS

  • NCAA Division I - Athens Georgia will see the fastest college women swimmers of 2006 at the championship meet hosted by the University of Georgia in their Gabrielsen Natatorium 16-18 March.
  • NCAA Division II - The Indiana University Natatorium at IUPUI will be the site for the DII (Division II) men's and women's swimming championships from 8-11 March, hosted by the University of Indianapolis.
  • NCAA Division III - Carleton College will also host the women's DIII (Division III) swimming and diving championships for 2006 at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center 9-11 March.
  • NAIA - The 2006 men's and women's NAIA swimming and diving national championships are 1-4 March at the St. Peters Rec-Plex in St. Peters, Missouri.
  • NJCAA - The NJCAA men's and women's swimming and diving championships are 1-4 March at Palo Alto College in San Antonio, Texas.
