End of the Supersuit Era - FINA Changes Swimsuit Rules

These are excerpts from press releases on swimsuit rules from the FINA Bureau (24 July 2009 and 31 July 2009). They lay out the new swimsuits rules in terms of material (textile) and shape (knee to navel for men, knee to shoulder straps for women). They also change the way the rules sit within FINA, making them by-laws so they can be updated easier.
