The swimming hypnosis CD CD arrived in the mail. I got home, put it in the CD player and sat down on the couch. The hypnotist started talking. I woke up about one hour later. How can I review this swimming hypnotherapy CD? I can't remember more than the first few minutes. I have tried 11 times over three weeks.
