The Bottom Line

I have no idea if listening to the CD Improve Your Swimming Skills has helped my swimming, but listening to the CD leaves me more relaxed and feeling good. I would like to be able to say that the hypnosis CD made a big difference in my swimming, but I can't be sure. I know it made me much more relaxed and left me with a very rested feeling. Using Improve Your Swimming Skills couldn't hurt, and it could make a big difference in your swimming mental game.

The swimming hypnosis CD arrived in the mail. I put it in the CD player, pressed play, and sat down on the couch. The hypnotist started talking. I woke up about one hour later.

How can I review this swimming hypnotherapy CD? I can't remember more than the first few minutes. I have tried 11 times over three weeks. But maybe that's the point of the Improve Your Swimming Skills Hypnotherapy CD, right?

The Improve Your Swimming Skills Cd is about 25 minutes long. The hypnotherapist, Laura King, starts by telling the listener to "find a quite place where you can completely relax" and then leads the swimmer in a session of relaxation, positive self-talk, and anxiety-reduction using hypnosis tools like breathing and imagery.
