2007 Synchronized Swimming U.S. National Championships in Indianapolis

The 2007 Synchronized Swimming U.S. National Championships will make a splash at the IUPUI Natatorium, April 26-28. More than 100 elite athletes will vie for national titles in the solo, duet and team events in the nation's most prestigious competition. The 2007 U.S. National Championships will mark the 62nd year of national competition in the duet and team events and the 58th year of solo competition.

The IUPUI Natatorium is no stranger to U.S. Synchronized Swimming. The facility has played host to the U.S. Olympic Team Trials (1984, 1988, 1996), the FINA World Cup (1985), the U.S. National Championships (1996) and the Esynchro Age Group Championships (2004).

The event will also facilitate the naming of the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team for Synchronized Swimming. United States Synchronized Swimming (USSS) will be the first National Governing Body to announce its Olympic Team. Team USA will be announced and will perform an exhibition on April 28th beginning at 6:00 p.m. Tickets for the 'Evening With an Olympian' can be purchased in advance by contacting USSS at (317)-237-5700.
