Will Bedtime Exercise Stop You from Sleeping?

It has long been the opinion of experts that exercising at night will disturb sleep patterns and keep you awake. It's true that exercise can be stimulating, heats the blood, gets the adrenaline flowing and sends energy soaring. But will exercise at night stop you from sleeping?
