It is hard to think of a competitive swimmer that does not dream of getting to the Olympics and wining one of those gold medals. This book, The Underwater Window, is the fictional account of one of those swimmers, and how the journey is a lot more important than the destination. I liked it. The hero of the story is just that, and he does not realize it. A teammate does, sort of, but that is all part of the story.
