Strong Second Halves Swim Workout

This swim workout is focused on the back half of each set. The main part of the swim workout is a series of swims that get short and then long again. Your goal is to control your speed and effort on the first swim, and then while still under control(!), pick up the speed for the second swim of the same distance.

I’m new to developing internet sites and I was wondering if having your blog title relevant to your content really that important? I see your title, “Strong Second Halves Swim Workout ” does appear to be spot on with what your website is about however, I prefer to keep my title less content descriptive and based more around site branding. Would you think this is a good idea or bad idea? Any assistance would be greatly valued.
