About FINA: FINA (Federation Internationale de Natation) is the world governing body for swimming. Their objectives include: to promote and encourage the development of Swimming, to provide drug free sport, to hold competitions in Swimming, Open Water Swimming, Diving, Water Polo, Synchronised Swimming, and Masters, to organize World Championships and other FINA competitions, and to promote the sport.
