From the Author: I had the great honour of meeting Tammy in person in Aug of 2004 and found her to be a very nice person. She has swam the equivalent of 1 1/2 times around the world. We had a lengthy conversation about our experiences with the Access bar we both have been using.
I am 77 years old and in Sept I swam my 5k swim for the 16th year in a row and I know that the bar has helped me to do this; Tammy credits a large part of her success to her nutrition, including the Access bar. We realized that both of us have used the bar for over 10 years. ~Ken
